ORDER & PAYMENT
When you order a product from Kodanska.dk, you will be presented with a receipt and summery of your order. Please note that it is not until you have received an order confirmation, that we have a fully committed order.
All prices at Kodanska.dk are listed in EUR incl. VAT.
At Kodanska.dk you can pay with VISA, Master Card, Diners, Maestro. The amount of the purchased goods is deducted only, when the items are sent from Kodanska.dk.
There is no transaction fee for payments at www.kodanska.dk
All communication between our payment system and the cardholder are conducted through an encrypted SSL (Secure Socket Layer). Neither www.kodanska.dk nor other unauthorized persons are able to see the data exchanged.
In order to purchase products at Kodanska.dk we need the following information:
Personal information registered at Kodanska ApS is saved for five years, after which data are deleted. We always inform of which information is being collected and why, and it always happens with your consent.
Kodanska.dk provides delivery with GLS. Our stock is in Czech Republic and shipments within Europe usually take between 3-7 days. Outside Europe, longer delivery times are expected. If you need your goods to a certain date, please feel free to write it in the “comments” and we will do everything we can to get them to the desired date.
We stock most products you find on our website. However, it may happen that some items are sold out and extra delivery time can be expected. In that case we will contact you. You can see the availability in each product.
All packages are insured in transit and on receipt, please check the package contents. Kodanska.dk always packs the goods securely in order to reduce the risk of damage. Is the packet/content damaged during shipment, please report it to GLS within 2 days of receipt and inform Kodanska.dk, and we will together find a solution for shipping of a new product.
Track & Trace: When your package is shipped from Kodanska.dk, we will send you a Track & Trace no. so you can follow your package. It is also the no. you will use, if you have to contact GLS. Have you not received an email with a Track & Trace no. within a few days after ordering, please contact us at [email protected]

RETURNS AND COMPLAINTS
Contact us at [email protected] if you experience defects or missed deliveries. Always contact us before returning the items. We will then within 24 hours get back to you with the address to which the packet must be returned.
You have 14 days to return the goods, from the day they are received. Goods must be returned unused, in original packaging and in the same condition as received.
When the message and the item is received and approved, the purchase price will be refunded to your account within a few days. Refunds will only be made to the credit card used at the purchased. Please enclose a copy of your bill and save your postal receipt as evidence that the product is returned to us. Cost of return is covered by you.
You will always receive an e-mail when we receive the returned items.
Note: When returning a product you always need to send the items securely wrapped. This means that the goods cannot be returned without the original packaging. You are responsible for the package/goods until we receive it. Unfortunate we cannot compensate for item lost in mail in return. We do not receive packages sent by fax. COD.
If your item is defective, consumer rights ensure you a 2-year complaint period, which means that you either get it repaired, replaced or money back depending on the specific situation. Complaint period does not cover incorrect use, lack of maintenance or general wear. You must complain as soon as possible after you have noticing a problem. For complaints please contact us at [email protected] If the complaint is justified, we will refund reasonable shipping costs.

Note: Remember that the product must always be returned in the proper packaging and get a receipt for shipment, so we can reimburse your shipping costs.
